Every great practice starts with its people.

Throughout our years working alongside veterinary practice owners, we've seen what makes exceptional practices different.

Practices aren’t defined by size or financial performance alone.

They have an identity. Clients know their veterinarians. Teams know the families they serve. They provide exceptional medicine while maintaining the personal relationships that make them part of their communities.

How do you help an exceptional practice enter its next chapter without losing what made it exceptional?

We believe it starts by understanding what makes each practice worth carrying forward.

A Letter from Our Capital Partner

If you own a veterinary practice, you have almost certainly been approached. Probably more than once, and probably by someone who had already decided what the structure would look like before they knew anything about your practice.

We wanted to come at this differently.

Our capital is our own. We are not working against a fund's clock, and we are not obligated to apply the same financial structure to every practice we partner with. That gives us room to be patient where patience serves the practice, and flexible where flexibility does.

We backed The Grove because we believe the strongest practices are not the ones that have been made to look alike. They are the ones whose identity, culture, and community relationships have been protected and strengthened over time. That belief shapes how The Grove is being built – around listening before proposing, and around creating real ownership opportunities for the veterinarians who will carry these practices forward.

We are not trying to build the largest veterinary group. We are trying to build one worth belonging to.

If you have spent years building something exceptional, we would welcome the conversation.

Why The Grove?

A grove is made up of individual trees–each with its own roots, history, shape, and place. Together, they create something stronger. And that’s how we think about our practices.

Individuality within a collective.

Let’s talk about what’s next for your practice.
